Due to the large amount of data that is tracked on forms, custom reports have been developed for the Real Estate Contact and Property Locations.

Outlook views are also utilized to provide reporting from within Outlook. The following views are available within the Real Estate Contact Folder:

• Contacts grouped by Contact Type
• Contacts and Property Locations grouped
• Contacts and Property Locations not grouped
• Properties by Transaction Type (Purchase/Sale)
