Pricing is dynamic. You can update the price five times after the original
price and it automatically updates the current pricing information for
the property.

Closings
- Closing party report will look up all people referenced on the closing
tab and find their phone numbers and address and put it on a report
with all the other information on the closing page.
Checklists
Significant
events in the checklists provide the capability to add an appointment
to your calendar for that event (e.g., take photos of home).
If the date for that event is changed, simply change it in the location
form and it moves the appointment on your calendar to the correct date.
For
the inspections, you can indicate if they are required or not. If they
are required, it enables the date and time fields and allows you to add
an appointment to your calendar. Once the inspection is complete, you
check it as complete on the location record.
All significant contact fields are tied to the contact book, therefore
you simply click on the address book icon and add the name to the field
-- no mistyped names.
Once the property has closed, click the Add Closing to Calendar button
and an annual reoccurring mail merge appointment is added to your calendar.
Use this to send this client a letter every year on their closing anniversary.
