To GoldMine, faxing, printing, e-mail and scheduling follow-up are all different features. Each feature requires training and then the end-user has to enter and exit several areas of the program to accomplish the entire task. To send a letter to the primary contact, a copy to an additional contact, create a label for each and schedule the necessary follow-up is a daunting task. With SalesMagic's Literature Fulfillment Center, it is a single button and a pick list of literature and the send button.
SalesMagic combines a variety of features of GoldMine, FaxRush, & SalesMagic and adds a lot of sales "smarts" into an easy to learn, one button interface. Since it is SERVER BASED, our Literature Fulfillment Center can easily be mastered in 10 minutes by non-computer literate sales people who hoped to spend the rest of their lives without ever having to learn anything about a computer. The reps will be able to fax, mail or e-mail any literature in the library. They will not need a printer or a telephone line, not have to carry literature, and won't even have to have Microsoft Word installed on their computer. They will not even need to hear about a dde link, will never see a document perform a mail merge at their workstation or laptop and will NEVER forget to schedule follow-up. The follow-up doesn't even have to be for them. If the brochure is a lead for another rep in another territory they can schedule the follow-up to that person instead. They can even add a custom paragraph to each letter to give it their own personal touch.
Not only can they do all this, but they will be able to do it over and over all day long for a variety of clients, in the field, 3000 miles from their office. With one daily phone connection and the click of one button their laptop can call the office and pass along all of the day's information. Within minutes, the faxes and e-mails are going out, the printer is printing in the fulfillment room and an assistant is folding and stuffing envelopes for your entire sales staff. The correct number of letters are generated, the enclosures print at the bottom with bin numbers where the literature is stored and any necessary labels are generated.
