Victoria Marechal is the Technical Editor of AddOn Additons. She is a contributing writer to ACT! Extra (you can find copies of her articles on her website). Intuit Corp. has also published her work which includes QuickBooks Job Costing manual and a white paper When Fraud Knocks.
Victoria Marechal is CEO of CRM-IT.net a software sales and service firm focused on systems and data integration She works in collaboration with CPAs, IT computer and networking professionals to implement integrated and synergistic software solutions designed specifically to increase productivity. She is an Act! Certified Consultant and a QuickBooks Certified Professional Advisor.
Victoria first gained experience in software development in the dual role of Accounting Manager and Director of Quality Assurance fora UNIX spreadsheet software development company with the highly respected Laurence Flon, Ph.D. While there she learned the fine art of writing bug reports her first technical writing experience. Ms. Marechal began her consulting career in 1988 setting up accounting systems.
Victoria excels as a database designer and systems integrator. She also serves as an out-source controller and accounting consultant for businesses. In addition she is an instructor with national training centers. Prior to her professional pursuits, she studied English and Art at Louisiana Polytechnic University in Ruston, Louisiana.
